Our online store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Reykjavik Roses.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you're offering to purchase the selected products.

You'll receive an order acknowledgement once your order has been submitted. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where products are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing error has occurred or fraudulent activity is suspected.

If we've already taken payment for an order we cannot fulfil, we'll issue a refund.

Please double-check your order before completing checkout. If you need to change or cancel anything, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

5. PRICING & TAXES

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.

Prices may change without notice, but any changes won't affect an order we've already accepted.

Applicable taxes, delivery fees and other charges will be displayed at checkout.

For EU deliveries, duties and taxes are prepaid as outlined in our Shipping Policy. For deliveries outside the UK and EU, additional import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Occasionally, we may offer promotional pricing or discount codes. These are subject to their individual conditions and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion, without affecting completed purchases.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship from the UK to selected international destinations.

Delivery options, estimated shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, although delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs, local authorities or circumstances outside our control. If there's a significant delay, we'll work with you to resolve it in accordance with your legal rights.

Responsibility for your order remains with us until it has been delivered to you or someone you've nominated to receive it, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with what you've ordered.

Our standard returns policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Details and instructions are available in our Refund Policy.

Customers in the UK and EU also have statutory cancellation rights for most online purchases.

Where these rights apply, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your decision to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the products.

For a valid statutory cancellation, we'll refund the product price and any standard outbound delivery charges where required by law. Express delivery upgrades and direct return shipping costs may not be refundable.

Returned items should be handled only as necessary to inspect them. We may make deductions where permitted by law for handling beyond this.

Nothing in our returns policy limits your legal rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products.
